Optus - Timeline Traveller
To reward Optus customers and Facebook fans we created a game that’s personalised for every player using their Facebook data.
Via Facebook Connect, Timeline Traveller uses their photos, check-ins, friends, birthdays, etc, to create a gaming experience totally unique to them. With a character made from their profile picture, the player will run, jump, and collect coins in a platform game loaded with content from their Facebook Timeline. The aim is to get as high a score as possible, while the game becomes increasingly harder to play.
With 4 million Qantas points up for grabs, every day for 30 days Optus customers could have their daily high score turned into Qantas Points. The more one scores, the more one could win. Woohoo!
