My work combines a deep care for design, a love for the idea, and an understanding of behaviour change. It's this combination of skills and passion that led to me being honoured with the D&AD Design Black Pencil of the Decade for the globally acclaimed, Palau Pledge.

As a multi-disciplinary creative leader, I recently helped grow and lead the Creative, Brand, and Advertising offering for Deloitte Digital, where my unique mix of skills allowed me to perfectly straddle brand, design, data, ideation, and innovation.

Throughout my career, I’ve led global and local creative teams to deliver large-scale complex campaigns and new business pitches, contributing to multiple Agency of the Year titles and accelerating growth for both the agency and clients.

Over the course of two decades, my work has won hundreds of creative and effectiveness awards, including two D&AD Black Pencils, multiple Cannes Grand Prix—one being Australia’s first-ever Titanium Grand Prix—a Grand Effie, and the ‘Champion for Humanity’ award from the UN.

I have also been recognised as the #1 most-awarded Art Director and #2 most-awarded Creative Director in the world by Cannes Lions.
