Accessible Beaches - Branding


Going to the beach is an important part of Australian culture and identity.

However, almost 4.3 million people in Australia are more likely to experience some kind of barrier when trying to access their local patrolled beach.

We completely redesigned the logo to create a Brand Identity that brings to life the idea that the beach is for everyone.

The logo uses a stylised ‘equals’ symbol that combines equality and ocean together, reflecting the fact that Accessible Beaches is championing equal access to the beach for everyone across Australia.

The design elements are then used to compose a consistent Brand Identity that uses a colour palette reflective of joyful summer days in Australia.
